Required a 2d animation video maker

I am in need of a 2d animation video maker, to create an animation for entertainment purposes that is at least 3 minutes long. In order to assist the creator, I have already prepared a script and storyboard. I am looking for someone with great creativity and a sharp eye for detail, someone who will add high-quality visuals to complement the story outlined in the script. The animations should be captivating and draw the audience in. Being able to deliver the final product in a timely manner is also a must.
