Replace animation with static svg arrows

I am looking for someone to help me replace an animation with static SVG arrows on my project. The arrows should be in the SVG format, and while it's preferred they have shadows or outlines, it's not a requirement. Additionally, I do not have existing arrows in place. I'm looking for a professional to come up with the SVG arrows that fit my project perfectly. This project requires someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent design skills. Thanks for your help!
