Reel maker

I am looking for someone to produce an engaging reel to help promote a product to a general public audience. The reel should be 1-2 minutes long and needs to help capture the viewer's attention. The end goal is to promote the product and leave the viewers with a positive impression. As such, this reel needs to be creative, captivating, and engaging.
