Realistic Whale Animation for Display

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a realistic or semi realistic whale video for an outdoor display. The whale should move across the screen in an ocean backdrop, blowing $1 bills out of its blow hole.
Key Requirements:
- The video should be 1920x1080px in size.
- The whale should do some tail flapping while moving.
- The animation style should be realistic or semi realistic, not very cartoonish or abstract.
- The background should be an ocean (just water is fine), not a sky or plain white.
