script: opening logo with clean music and narration: "uni construction" for all your construction and design needs". 1st service is design service "we are team of licensed architects and engineers at global level providing you with all design related service needs". this animation should be showing progress of cartoon sketch getting developed into construction drawings and then final animation of city approving permit with a stamp. 2nd service (most important) is preconstruction service "providing all preconstruction services from conceptual estimating to hiring general contractor. our skill set allows developers to design their project in highest economy possible". animation shows a 3D image of a high rise building in little detail with 4-6 elements (foundation, balcony, exterior glass wall, concrete structure, etc) being pointed with dollar signs. This 3D transforms geometry and design (mainly on the 4-6 elements) getting more detailed. Its width, depth, and height also changes. While all these changes are happening, each element that has the title and a dollar cost to it constantly changes. During this whole 3D animation, there should be a spreadsheet with 4-6elements + more stuff like rebar, painting, drywall, etc that adds up to a total construction price around $400m. During the 3D animation change, each line item changes changing the total $400m to constantly change and resulting this amount to be $350m. 3rd service is project management. “we provide overall project management service during construction to minimize conflicts, delays and overruns. Construction is a complicated process. Only those who have successfully completed a challenging project knows the right path” this animation should be someone guiding bunch of contractors, and architects to mold a building during construction to finish line. Our miscellaneous services include rendering, construction schedule, audit, drone documentation, dispute resolutions, and contract negotiation. “Please call us for any construction related needs, we’re here to help”
