Realistic Cartoon Characters for Video Production

In the process of creating an engaging video, I'm seeking a digital artist with a talent for creating 4-6 characters that teeter between realism and cartoonish style.

The specific characters I'm looking for immediately, with the potential for further later on would be as follows:

A ninja type character in a dynamic pose. The body suit should be in the style of a British union flag, but with the face mask in the style of the EU flag.
The same ninja type character but standing and holding a blank placard (onto which I'd be able to add my own text as necessary).
