Realistic 3D Animation Creation

I am looking for an expert 3D animator to bring my concept to life. The animation style should be realistic, not cartoonish.
The storyboard is fully developed and I will provide all necessary details. It is important that the animator is capable of capturing subtle nuances to remain true to my vision.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects. Prior experience with character animation in this software is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding and execution of realistic animation.
- Excellent communication skills. I expect ongoing communication and multiple review stages to ensure the animation aligns with my vision.
- Ability to adhere to project timeline and respect the given deadline.
This project requires an animator with a keen eye for details and an outstanding understanding of realistic movements and expressions. To be considered, please provide a portfolio of previous animations you've created, ideally showing examples of realistic style work in After Effects.
