React Website Animation Upgrade

Our React-based site is functionally solid, but it feels static. I want it to come alive with tasteful animations applied to three key areas: the homepage, every product page, and the contact page. Think polished hover effects for buttons and cards, smooth scroll-triggered reveals as content enters the viewport, and a lightweight loading sequence that masks any data-fetch delay.

I only have a broad vision at the moment, so I’ll lean on your creative eye for the final motion language. Please suggest approaches—whether that’s Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring, or a pure CSS strategy—that keep bundle size and performance firmly in check.

Acceptance criteria:
• All animations integrated directly into the existing React codebase with clear, reusable components.
• Interactions feel snappy on both desktop and mobile; Core Web Vitals remain green.
• Code is clean, commented, and pushed via Git so I can review each commit.
