Production Tracking Specialist for Animation Series
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're looking for an experienced Production Tracker to join a show intended for Nickelodeon. This is a season-long engagement covering the full production cycle of an animated series.
Responsibilities include tracking episode milestones from pre-production through final delivery, managing asset delivery schedules across internal teams and external animation studios, maintaining and updating production databases and tracking documents, coordinating between creative leads, production staff, and network contacts to ensure deadlines are met, flagging delays or bottlenecks early and proposing solutions to keep the schedule on track, preparing status reports and production updates for stakeholders, and supporting the production team with day-to-day organizational needs.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in animation or television production tracking, understands the pipeline from storyboards through post-production and delivery, and is comfortable working with production management tools and spreadsheets. Familiarity with Nickelodeon or similar kids' network delivery standards is a strong plus.
This is a remote-friendly, season-long engagement with a fixed budget of $15,000.
