Produce an explainer video

We're after a 1 minute explainer video (either 2D animation or a whiteboard animation) on Islamophobia and the impact it has on mental health. We'd like the following included:
- professional voiceover (Australian preferrable)
- background music
- storyboard
- design revisions (2-3)
- captions
- video available in both landscape (for youtube) and portrait (for social media)
- copywriter for script
