Produce an animated sequence

I am looking for an animator to produce an animated sequence, which is a parody of the Bugs Bunny Show title sequence (see attachment) except that instead of Bugs and Daffy, the characters featured will be provided to you via private message. To ensure cost efficiency I would encourage the animator to trace as much of the original animation as possible.
