Prezi presentations or Video
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 CAD
We are looking for someone to help with developing a series of short presentations/ videos. The series will consist of approximately 20 short (3-5 minute duration) English-version video presentations for hosting on a YouTube channel. The videos will begin with a brief interview/caregiver story, ideally similar in style and tone to that found here: https://youtu.be/GR1k30jcB5U

We are looking for someone to create animated dynamic presentations. Utilization of Prezi would be ideal in creating these videos, thus, proficiency in Prezi (or similar software) is an asset to this work.
The content for the presentations (script) has already been developed.
The audio script would be “read” by high quality text-to-speech AI such as Synthesia ( https://www.synthesia.io ) or Murf ( https://murf.ai/text-to-speech ) and aptitude in one of these apps (or similar) is an asset to this work.
The videos’ audio script will be translated into 5 other languages, with subtitled translations superimposed on the original English-version. An example of previous work done can be found here: English - https://youtu.be/3lNWehNmbUA

Scope of work:
Storyboarding: (October 2022)
• Develop a storyboard for the text/scripts which has been developed.
• Work closely with project management team to ensure the presentation videos align with the vision of the project.
Presentation Creation & Production: (October-December 2022)
• Caregiver interview filming (up to 5 filming days). (optional)
• Utilization of stock photos & imagery (provided as needed).
• Develop visualizations & dynamic presentation to effectively communicate content of scripts.
• Produce a series of video presentations for the purpose of communicating information, guidance, and insights of other caregivers to new caregivers navigating the healthcare system.
Project Deliverables
• Approximately 20 Navigation Video Presentations (each approx. 3-5 minutes long) inclusive of Logo, and soundtrack, English Subtitles, lower thirds. (Due by end of December 2022)
• Five additional versions of each video with super-imposed alternative language subtitles (Transcription and Translation Provided by WoodGreen.) (Due by mid-February 2023)
Terms of Agreement
• Location of work: The majority of work can be done virtually/offsite.
• When you will work: The work can be done during hours best suited to your schedule, however, meetings will be scheduled during regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
• Approvals: Any content that is created must be reviewed and approved by the Manager of Communications & Marketing prior to posting.
• Confidentiality: You must agree to follow the rules outlined in our confidentiality policy. (to be shared after contract signed)
• Ownership of Intellectual Property: The deliverables produced under this agreement will be the property of the contracting party not the service provider.
