Presentation (Animated / Video Format)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create an animated presentation or video in 2D format that will last 3-5 minutes. I have an idea in mind but I do not have an outline or script. The presentation or video needs to be creative and engage the viewer while still conveying my message. My goal is to provide a visually stimulating output that will keep the viewer's attention during the entire duration of the presentation. Of course, I'm open to suggestions and I look forward to collaborating with a freelancer on this project.
