Premiere Pro Course Video Editing -- 2

I have a series of raw recordings for an online course and need them transformed into polished lessons ready to upload. Some clips run just a few minutes, others stretch to 20–30 minutes, so pacing and consistency are key.

You’ll be working in Adobe Premiere Pro, adding tasteful special effects that reinforce the teaching points—think subtle motion graphics, animated call-outs, light visual cues, or screen highlights where they improve clarity. The overall feel should remain professional and instructional, never flashy for its own sake.

My footage is already organised by module; therefore, the workflow I picture is:
• Import, sync, and trim the takes
• Tidy audio (noise reduction, level balancing)
• Basic colour correction for a uniform look across all modules
• Insert agreed-upon special effects and lower-thirds
• Export each lesson in 1080p H.264 and supply the matching .prproj files

I’ll provide brand guidelines, intro/outro assets, and any reference material you need. Turnaround expectations are flexible, but I’d like the first edited lesson within a few days so we can lock the style before you continue with the remaining recordings.
