I need a creative power point expert to convert the attached file in a power point presentation, then record it to a youtube compatible video,
with (a) Slide and animation timings (b) Narrations, ink and laser pointer.
Please make sure timing is compatible with content so that people have enough time to read and listen.
Please provide video in mp4 format
