I'm seeking a talented cartoonist skilled in modern and edgy cartoons for a political ad, specifically targeting the Biden-Harris ticket. The ideal freelancer should be able to:

- Have prior experience in creating political cartoons is preferable.
- Be familiar with the modern and edgy style of cartoon illustration.
