Podcast Animation: Characters & Studio Design

I'm looking for a talented 2D animator who can bring my podcast to life. The project will involve creating characters and a simple, minimalistic studio design from scratch. Each episode of the podcast is 20-30 minutes long, and I will provide the script to ensure the character mouth movements align with the dialogue.

Key Requirements:
- Minimal yet meaningful character movement to create a human-like feel.
- Fast sketching and animating skills to ensure each episode can be completed in 2-3 days.
- Flexibility to design some characters based on real people or celebrities, and to adapt the aesthetic of guests to different styles (like classic Disney or modern cartoon).
- Prior alignment on character design aesthetics for each episode.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in character design and animation.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Experience working with podcast or similar content is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for aligning on character design aesthetics.
