Pixel art project

Hi there, I was just wanting to enquire about a commission piece for an animation loop which would showcase a character I have had drawn as a still image. I just wanted to know if you would be able to make an animation of the character in your art style? I have attached an image of the character to the message for you to take a look at, it's a baby dragon with a 20-sided RPG style dice. The animation I would be looking for would just be a loop of the character jumping/playing around with it's dice, kind of like a kitten with a ball of yarn
