Pixel art graphics for pc video game

We are a small game studio looking to jump start a project and outsource a lot of the graphic work to someone willing to do it. The project will include about thirty sprites in all, with animations in eight directions , eight animation sequences in each direction with larger headshots for dialogue. The game is an action RPG set in a sci-fi setting. More details available in the interview.
