Personalized All-Age Music Manga Creation

I will release my new album on August 2nd. It's a progressive rock style of opera and each song is part of a story. I have all the script and all the ideas but I need someone to execute them. I have been working with artificial intelligence making the illustrations. I've been getting good results, I even have all the design, but it takes a lot of work to make sure each character does exactly what I want in the scene. I want each frame to last about 4 seconds. I have an idea and a script. But I will be very careful when hiring someone because I had a bad previous experience when I hired someone from Finder. And that was precisely what motivated me to learn how to do a lot of things on my own. I managed to do it well, but the time I've been spending is getting in my way, so I'm looking for an illustrator to bring my vision to life.
