FH Patient Journey Infographic video

We are looking for a freelancer to create an infographic video on the FH patient journey, based on the attached infographic PDF. The video should be 1-2 minutes long and should primarily consist of text and simple graphics, all of which are already created in the attached infographic.
Skills and experience required:

- Ability to work with a complete script provided by the client
