PDF Storybook to Interactive Website

I am looking for someone who can work on a long term basis over a period of 2 years. There are about 50 Chinese children storybook (about 28 pages per book) in PDF format and I would like to convert them into web HTML5 version. Your task is to transform each page into a polished, fully responsive website experience that feels like turning the pages of a real book. I will provide all the working files and audio clips (voice over) of this ebook.

Here’s what I’m after:
- Every page recreated faithfully, with smooth page-flip or slide transitions.
- Layered animations (subtle character movements, background raining scene etc.)
- Integration of voice over with roll over effects on the words as the voice over is playing
- Speed control for voice over (normal / fast)
- Inclusion of han yu pin yin below the Chinese characters
- Clickable elements that allow user to turn on and turn off the display of han yu pin yin
- Clear next/previous navigation so that user can go to other pages
- Integration of questions at designated pages (question type can be MCQ, open-ended, drag and drop, matching)

I would like the ebook to be coded in HTML5, it should run on both desktop and mobile browsers,
