Online learning presentation

This project is the creation of an educational training presentation. to be delivered as a video example of an online learning course. Attached is the script to be used. The audience is an HR manager or a manager who wants their team to learn about the skills presented in the script. This is part of a long presentation - I am looking to see how this will work. This is the introduction. Looking for a new way to introduce and present this content. Feel free to use a variety of animations, text, visual effects to make the content come to life and allow the viewer to learn about the topic. I would like to have real voice over as part of the project.
