Odia animation video

I'm looking to create an Odia Animation Video and I'm seeking a qualified freelancer to bring my project to life. This animation project should be completed in 2D animation and no voice-over is needed. The language of the animation should be in Odia.
The ideal candidate would have experience in animation and is familiar with the Odia language. A background designing in 2D animation would be a major plus. Furthermore, the candidate should be capable of bringing the necessary software and tools to streamline the process and produce a top-level animation project.
