OBS-Slides

I need to make a series of healthcare slides presentation for medical doctors about a topic, using case studies. I already have slides with the bare facts, but they need a better presentation of those facts. Needs graphics, transitions, maybe a video too. At least 10 lectures, and about 50 slides in each.
