Next generation podcast audiogram visualizer based on AI video

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a next generation podcast audiogram visualizer that is based on AI video. The main purpose of this project is to create engaging visuals and make podcasts as good as video as audio.
The idea here is to combine AI's ability to listen to the words of the podcast, and from there, take that text and turn it into a flowing, metamorphosizing cascade of imagery. The idea is that the animation is fairly abstract. In essence, it is about forms and figures appearing and dispersing, corresponding to what the podcast is talking about at a given point.
I require the audiogram visualizer to have advanced customization options such as custom animations and transitions. Additionally, I prefer the AI video generation to be web-based. Ideal candidates should have experience in AI video generation and customization of audiogram visualizers.
