Need a talented fantasy artist or anime style artist

Hello everyone! I am looking for a talented artist that can draw a chipmunk but with a big twist wearing fantasy plate armor and more..
The chipmunk tail would have to be out in some way or have some armor on it. I Have attached reference photos. I Would like a lot of detail if possible because it will then be turned into 3D. (freedom of creativity is highly recommended)
Also, chipmunk can be in humanoid-like form with tail and facial /head features to know it's a chipmunk.
