Need a proper story & animation and voice over

I am in need of a skilled animator who can create a 3D animation with a desired length of 1-3 minutes. I am open to suggestions for the storyline and would like the animator to come up with a creative and engaging plot. The animation should be visually appealing and captivating for the viewers.
