Need a cartoonist

Social media marketing programme. We are a specialist IT consultancy that provides independent Software QA and Testing Services. We have written a short white paper on Software development Technical debt. We would like emphasise the text with our cartoon style graphics. We are looking for a set of illustrations around a Drag Car. At first when the Drag Car launches it is very fast, aerodynamic, effective machine covering a a great distance in a short space of time. At the end it shots out a parachute to slow it up quickly and stop. Are analogy of a Drag Car and software development is a Drag Car at the start of a race with no or little parachut. But as the Drag Car races down the track what if it is slowed by a parachute that slowly grows in size (this is representing Software Technical Debt) that it nolonger is speeding but is fighting a force that is pulling it back
