Need animation in adobe animate

Hi,
I need a 3sec animation in adobe animate. I have already arranged the character , bg, and even keyposes. You just have to animate now.
I need this asap. Let me know how fast you can finish this.
Note - The animation should look very smooth. I will show you the reference also.

Please share your best works which done using adobe animate to evaluate.
