Need an animation

In the video below you'll see the raw clip of one of my friends. What I'd like is a penguin to be frozen in the screen initially. Then it should come out of the screen when my friend gets scared (maybe it waddles around a little). And then when my friend slaps the air in the clip, it should slap the penguin back into the laptop. It doesn't need to be super detailed and in fact I'd prefer it to be a little scuffed as long as you could get send it back as soon as possible. Would this be possible?
