Need a Very Short Animated Cartoon - Please Read Completely

We need an animated cartoonist that can recreate how soap and water works against the coronavirus. The freelancer should use the below videos as examples, but use their own way of showing it.

The cartoon will show while the below statement is being read, so it needs to be the length of the below statement (which is very short, about 20 seconds). The cartoon should visualize what the statement is saying to give a demonstration of the statement.

"While cleaning doesn’t necessarily kill germs, it is effective against the spread of coronavirus. Soap can disrupt the fatty outside layer of the coronavirus cell, pulling it apart and deactivate the virus. In other words, the virus won't spread." (The cartoon should show this statement)
