I Need A Motion Graphic Artist

I am looking for a 21 second clip of an animated gif with at least 1 moving component that has to loop seamlessly. The aesthetic I’m looking for here is somewhere along the lines of cyberpunk, cyber wave, synthwave, retrowave, techno-inspired. I am open to whatever background and shapes you decide to use, as long as it fits/works with the aesthetic, I’ve attached some reference files
