Need flash Animator for long term

I have a youtube channel, name ( Hindi Bole Bangali Babu ) that is a comedy cartoon channel,
Now I need animator for this channel. It will be better if you can make Voice over and animation both.
I can send you script, character and some background, but you have to make animation on adobe flash and voice over for character lip sync.
Video duration will be 3 to 5 minutes.
Now channel is very beginning position, no earning right now, so I finding an animator who can work with very low cost. But in future its sure You will be a permanent animator of this channel and you can get the satisfaction payment. Work will be long term.
