I NEED CEL ANIMATION (FRAME BY FRAME)

I need a 5 seconds animation, frame by frame. Of a face of a character I'll provide in a file.
I need a rough, NOT a clean up animation.
The animation MUST be fluid.
The action is a sad and tired face, with eyes closed smells a cup of coffee, then the eyes start to open, the she drinks a little, and the face transforms to happy wide open eyes and smile.

Please show me your cel animation reel in a link. And tell me the software you use.
