I NEED A 3D ANIMATOR

I need a CGI animator to produce a short animation video of an LED light show set against a mountain range here in the U.S. We would supply photo images of the mountain range, and we would need an animator to create a brief video sequence of 20 to 30 seconds to be integrated into a live video. A photo of the mountain range is attached.
