Music Video for Q garcons

I am looking for an animator who can create a music video for me with a storyline plot to it as well as lyrics that show at the bottom of the video. More so aiming for a 2d cartoonish feel to the video but I am open to 3d animations as well. Will show examples once I can find someone. This is my first time using this website.
