Mouth animation (no lip sync needed)

Hey, I am interested in hiring you for a small animation I need to do. I have a cartoon face, I need the face to be animated like it's talking. The face is already designed (attached below), I need you to design the mouth positions and animate the mouth to be talking random jibberish. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in.
