Motiongraphics, animation for fire-fighting scenes -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a videographer/motiongraphic animator who can create a combination of live action footage and animation for a fire-fighting video. I have a rough idea for the script and storyboard, but I need help finalizing it. The purpose of the video is to provide training and education on fire-fighting techniques.

-scenario-
When the firefighters arrive at the scene in a truck, which is the combination of firetruck and the bicopter, which is not described properly in the image. The bicopter mounted on the fire engine takes off at the scene and the mechanism of fire fighting on the high rise is captured in zoom or callout diagrams. It looks like taking off with something like umbilical cords and hose attached which will power the the copter and carry the water jet
When the copter reaches at the leve controlled by the GCS station on the ground, you should break the window to spray water or firefighting solutions into the area on fire
One method of the breaking in the window is to use the gun or shotgun, or use of explosives depending on the thickness of the glass window.
When breaking the window and when it starts to douse water, then a Ladder-like extension will be used to put the robots
What is not described in the scene is inside the building because some robots are carrying first aid kit and some others are inspecting for casualties, etc.
The robots will have supplies ready for the firefighters who climb through the staircase. So the robot is dispatched ahead of the firefighters arriving at the scene. They will coordinate with each other sending sensor data such as temperature and composition of gasses inside. It also detects number of casualities needing medical attentions, sometimes dispensing oxygen masks.
