Motion graphics -- 2

I am looking for a motion graphics designer who can create a promotional video for my project. The video should be less than 1 minute in duration and should be visually engaging and captivating. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating 2D animation and should be able to effectively convey the message of the project through the motion graphics.
