Motion graphic videos for all social media platforms

I am looking for a motion graphic designer who can create videos for all social media platforms. The videos should be 30-60 seconds in length and should have an animated infographic style. While I have some ideas for the content of the videos, I need help creating a script and storyboard. The ideal candidate should have experience in motion graphics and be able to create engaging and informative content.
