Motion designer

I am looking for a motion designer to create a 2D animation for marketing and promotion purposes. Although I don't have a storyboard or script, I have a general idea of what I am looking for. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging 2D animations and be able to bring my idea to life. The animation should be visually stunning and effective in conveying the message to the intended audience. The skills required for this job include knowledge of animation software and the ability to work with sound and music to enhance the animation.
