Motion design for animated character

Hey, I am not sure if I got the “motion design” correct for what I want. But I would like my animated character for my brand to dance and do urban dances. Is this possible? If so please tell me how it is done and what would be the process. I have a cartoon character for my brand that I now want to make dance.
