Motion design

I'm looking for an experienced motion designer to create an engaging 2D animation for an upcoming project. No voice-over or sound is needed, but creative use of visuals, music, or sound effects would be a great addition. The animation should be designed to capture a viewer's attention and help engage the audience. This will require excellent storyboarding skills and an eye for detail. The animation should also be delivered in a timely fashion so we can quickly move ahead with the project.
