Motion Graphics for short News Doco

I am looking for a motion graphics artist to do some motion graphics for a Short documentary (details will be provided to suitable candidates). It will be a mix of some creative illustrations to accompany a voice over and some timeline charts. The story is for an online news channel and looking for someone asap. Budget will be negotiated and depend on the scope of work as agreed upon when we get started.
