Motion Graphics Music Visualizer

I want to create a 15 minute video in after effects to accompany an audio mixtape that I have made. The mixtape features 6 songs, and each song has a vector illustration that I want to act as a music visualizer (ie the elements within the illustrated graphics will react to the music). The illustrations have a neon style, so the animation should look a little like this https://www.instagram.com/p/CEWtrMkAo2X/ but a the colour changes should relate to the song itself. There will be 6 songs / 6 scenes, so the video will also need to feature transitions between these scenes. Attached is a work in progress sample visual for the first scene. I will provide all the vector files and more detailed instructions for the chosen freelancer. Max budget $250.
