Motion Graphics Animation

I'm looking for a skilled motion graphics animator to create a 30-second animation based on a provided PSD file. I will supply all the graphic elements in a well-organized PSD; your task will be to bring those visuals to life with smooth, engaging animation.

I’ve attached a reference video for inspiration—while I’m not looking for an exact replica, the animation style and overall feel should be similar.
