Motion Graphic for Holiday Card

I have designed a holiday card and need a motion graphic design to animate it. I have the animation storyboarded and need someone with the technical skills (After Effects) to fulfill my vision. This project will require the following types of animation: look like a script font is being written across the screen, shimmering background, text to appear and scroll up the page, logo to appear, and the necessary transitions between these things. I'm a professional and I need professional help in a timely manner (I'm on a deadline). I will need the animation exported to mp4 or other applicable file format, so I can edit in Premiere Pro and/or Rush. You will need to operate under an nondisclosure agreement and this project is confidential and cannot be used in your portfolio without express written permission.
