Motion Graphic Designer for Promotion Video

We are looking for a creative and reliable motion graphic designer to produce a 30-second promotional video for our speaking segment at the upcoming ICNA Conference. This video will spotlight our Faith Publications (www.faithpublications.org) initiative — a dynamic curriculum project designed for educators and youth leaders — and more importantly drive traffic to our session room.

Scope of Work:

Storyboard + Script Support: Collaborate with our team to finalize the message and write an effective script tailored for educators and youth organizers.

Motion Design + Production: Design and produce a high-quality, visually engaging 30-second video that highlights:

A compelling call-to-action for educators and youth leaders to attend our talk

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in motion design and video production

Strong portfolio, samples of work, or motion reels — must be provided with your proposal

Ability to deliver high-quality work by Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Experience in educational, nonprofit, or values-based messaging is a plus

Audience:
Our target viewers are educators and youth leaders who can bring Faith Publications' curriculum into schools, masjids, and youth programs.

Deliverable:
A final 30-second motion graphic video in MP4 format 4K Resolution, optimized for television promotion and live event screens.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1. Can you share a link to your portfolio or a recent motion graphic project you’ve completed (preferably under 60 seconds)?
2. Are you available to complete this 30-second video by May 20? Please confirm your availability and timezone (We are based in Eastern Standard Time Zone).
3. Have you ever created promotional videos for educational, nonprofit, or faith-based organizations? If yes, briefly describe the project, if not, show related projects to show you can take on this one.
4. Do you have experience writing, sequencing stories, or co-developing scripts for short promotional videos? If so, please provide an example or describe your process.
5. What software and tools do you typically use for motion graphics production and are you able to map out each movement of motion design?
