Motion Designer for Brunch Event
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Description:
We are hosting a high-profile leadership brunch in Dallas, TX called The Brunch on 9th, and we’re seeking a professional motion designer to develop branded video content for our LED screens. The event combines private security leaders, law enforcement, and public officials in a powerful networking setting.
What We Need:
Custom-designed animated visuals that will be used across three LED screens (1 main + 2 side screens). Content must be clean, modern, and match our military-inspired brand aesthetic.
Deliverables:
1. Pre-Show Loop Reel (3–5 min)
• Includes: Logo, event title, sponsor logos, subtle motion elements
2. Speaker Title Templates & Lower Thirds
• Editable name/title layouts for live AV team
• Design should be bold and legible
3. Panel Discussion Title Slides
• For 3 panels (Public-Private, Industry Leadership, Startup Development)
4. Sponsor Recognition Loop
• Animated sponsor grid or rotating logo reel
5. Keynote Intro Slide or Motion Screen
• Dramatic branded transition screen
6. Closing Slide / Thank You Loop
• Includes tagline, sponsors, and event exit message
Design Specs:
• Format: 1920x1080 (16:9), .mp4 or .mov
• No sound required (unless included royalty-free)
• Colors: Navy blue (#0d1a26), white, gold (#e5c100)
• Style: Commanding, clean, modern — military elegance
• Fonts: Strong, high-contrast fonts (no cursive or cartoon styles)
• Final Files: Include source files (e.g. .PSD or .AE)
Timeline:
• Start: As soon as possible
• First Draft Due: July 10
• Final Delivery: July 25
